Here are some of the main declarations to support this proposal:

6. The activities that they need to control.
7. on creating an environment favourable to creativity.
8. Mathematics, science and information and other technologies are very importants.
9. Highlighting creativity and solving and the practical application of knowledge is indispensable to make artistic creations and new approaches and to communicate.

In June 1997, Gor Records, recorded their first work, with Marino Goñi as the producer, and under the technical direction of the San Martin Brothers. They recorded in Sonido XXI Studio in Esparza de Galar (Navarra, Basque Country). Before this, they had already played their single “O, neure erri” (“Oh, My People”), which it came out in May 1997, and it was one of the most danced numbers in that summer. It was used as a signature tune in a festival summer program onthe Basque TV (ETB). “Jaia” (“Fiesta”) was another of the most played numbers facing the famous “San Fermin Festival”. This CD was listened, in any skatalitic atmosphere all over the Spanish State. It was reproduced in lots of radio programmes and televisions (ETB, Canal +, Canal 4 …). It was considered the best ska record of 97, and the fith best record of 97 by the Spanish State press and “Bad” magazine respectively. This year, 1998, SKALARIAK, went beyond the borders; France and Italy (10 days tour) listened the catchy rhythm of this eight musician band ,and their success, in countries such as Mexico, Puerto Rico, USA, Argentina, Venezuela, Switzerland…, was spreading in any ska atmosphere more and more. By the spring of 1999 their second album was released (called “Klub Ska”), and Skalariak became one of the most powerfull bands in the Spanish State´s alternative-scene, playing live in the most important festivals, and presenting their album in Madrid, Barcelona, Basque Country, Galicia. They started appearing frecuently on radio, TV, and press too. With a real destroyer single CD (“Sólo Vivir”), Skalariak was played all over the world, reaching radio stations from Europe, America and Australia too. In 1999 they go touring to Italy by the third time, and in 2000 they tour around France, Switzerland and Mexico (for 4 weeks), becoming the first ska band from Spanish State playing in America. In 2001 they released their 3rd album, called “En La Kalle” (On The Street). Two single CD´s have been extracted from it: “Skalari Rude Klub” (for dancing, and dancing) and “Vodka Revolution” (a great turbo-ska). In autum 2001 they tour again around France, Switzerland and Italy. And the european releases of their albums succeed; “Klub Ska” is released in Germany and France by Mad Butcher Records, and Gridalo Forte Records releases “En La Kalle” for Italy. From the real SKA 60`s till the fast SKA 90`s and the reggae and with a punk shade, SKALARIAK have made themselves way as an international band. The ska gets into attracts different cultures. That´s the way the ska and SKALARIAK are.
